We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our expanding showroom team to manage the showrooms front of house.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet and greet clients upon entry to the showroom.
- Refer customers/clients to the most suitable sales consultant based on customer’s needs.
- Scheduling customer/clients’ appointments for sales consultants
- Supporting sales consultants in the dealing with clients and entering of orders
- Manage lead enquiries for the showroom.
- Show clients around the showroom and qualify leads.
- Taking phone calls and managing customers journey.
