Customer Experience Manager Front of House

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Ireland’s most innovative and leading Kitchen Retailers.

We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our expanding showroom team to manage the showrooms front of house.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet clients upon entry to the showroom.
  • Refer customers/clients to the most suitable sales consultant based on customer’s needs.
  • Scheduling customer/clients’ appointments for sales consultants
  • Supporting sales consultants in the dealing with clients and entering of orders
  • Manage lead enquiries for the showroom.
  • Show clients around the showroom and qualify leads.
  • Taking phone calls and managing customers journey.

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-confident, and self-motivated.
  • Team player
  • Ability to listen and understand customer needs.
