   Book Your Free Design Consultation

   A Kitchen World designer will call to arrange a day and time that suits you.

   You’ll receive a confirmation email outlining everything that will help us prepare for your appointment — so the conversation starts in the right place.

   Step two

   Tell Us About Your Project

   Share plans, inspiration and wish-list items so your design is truly tailored.

   To help us prepare your design, we ask you to share:

   • Plans or measurements
   • Inspiration images
   • Appliance requirements
   • Appliance locations
   • Wishlist items
   • Budget expectations

   The more we know in advance, the more tailored your design will be.

3. 03
   Step three

   We Start Designing Before You Visit

   This is where Kitchen World is different — design work begins before your appointment.

   Our designers begin working on your kitchen before your showroom appointment. Where possible, we’ll prepare an initial layout and design concept in advance, so your visit starts with ideas already on the table — not a blank page.

   Step four

   Relaxed Showroom Consultation

   With ideas already started, your appointment is focused, calm and enjoyable.

   Because much of the design work has already been completed, your appointment becomes more focused and enjoyable. Together we refine:

   • Door styles
   • Colours
   • Worktops
   • Handles
   • Appliances
   • Storage solutions
   • Layout improvements
5. 05
   Step five

   Secure Your Project

   A booking deposit confirms your project and unlocks the survey stage.

   Once you’re happy with the proposed design, a booking deposit secures your project and allows us to move forward to survey stage.

   Your designer remains your point of contact throughout the entire process.

   Step six

   Professional Home Survey

   A detailed in-home survey makes sure every millimetre is accurate before production.

   A detailed survey is completed in your home to make sure every measurement is accurate before your kitchen moves into production.

   It gives you complete confidence that your design will fit perfectly.

7. 07
   Step seven

   Colour Consultation & Sign Off

   A final showroom appointment to lock in every finish before production.

   Following survey, you return to the showroom for your final sign-off appointment. Together we finalise:

   • Colours
   • Door styles
   • Worktops
   • Handles
   • Appliances
   • Internal storage
   • Final layout

   Once approved, your kitchen is released for ordering and production.

8. 08
   Step eight

   Manufacture & Delivery

   Carefully built and prepared for delivery — with regular updates from your designer.

   Your kitchen is carefully manufactured and prepared for delivery. Typical lead times:

   Irish Manufactured Kitchens4–6 weeks

   German Kitchens6–8 weeks

   Your designer keeps you updated throughout the process.

9. 09
   Step nine

   Professional Installation

   Experienced fitters install your kitchen with care — usually in 1–3 days.

   Our experienced installation teams fit your kitchen with care and attention to detail.

   Most installations are completed within 1–3 days depending on project size and complexity.

    Step ten

    Ongoing Support

    The same designer who started your project stays with you long after the kitchen is in.

    From first appointment to completion — and well beyond — you always have a familiar point of contact.
